DURATION:
Up to 90 minutes
COST:
$480 (payment in full is required at the time of visit)
INCLUDES:
Review of full medical history, previous labs, previous imaging, physical examination, evaluation of current medications/ supplements, personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up Visit
DURATION:
Up to 45 minutes
COST:
$325 (payment in full is required at the time of visit)
INCLUDES:
Review of 2 or more new lab results, track your progress, make adjustments to your treatment plan if needed.
FREQUENCY:
Follow-up visit frequency depends on the type of labs ordered, treatment plan and doctor’s recommendation. Some patients will require more frequent follow-ups.
