New PAtient Visit
DURATION:
Up to 90 minutes
COST:
$480 (payment in full is required at the time of visit)
INCLUDES:
Review of full medical history, previous labs, previous imaging, physical examination, evaluation of current medications/supplements, personalized care plan.
Personalized care plan may include, but is not limited to, several naturopathic modalities (clinical nutrition, targeted nutrient supplementation, herbal medicine, and more), individualized lab orders, and more.
Follow-up Visit
DURATION:
Up to 45 minutes
COST:
$325 (payment in full is required at the time of visit)
INCLUDES:
Review of 2 or more new lab results, track your progress, make adjustments to your care plan if needed.
FREQUENCY:
Follow-up visit frequency depends on the type of labs ordered, care plan and doctor’s suggestions. Some patients will require more frequent follow-ups.

Lab companies Dr. Bryant Esquejo, ND commonly orders from: Quest Diagnostics and functional labs companies (Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory GI-MAP, Precision Analytical DUTCH Test, and more)
